Description

Permatex Permashield fuel-resistant gasket dressing and sealant offers superior fluid resistance. This polyester urethane-based gasket compound withstands extreme temperature changes without hardening. Its non-setting, non-hardening character remains tacky even with rapid temperature changes, enabling repeated assembly and disassembly of parts. Permashield is suitable as either gasket makers or dressing.

Product features include:

* Seals surface imperfections between metal parts
* Ideal in high performance applications
* Operating temperature range of -60 to 500 degrees F (-50 to 260 degrees C)
* Resists common engine fluids, including oil, gasoline, ethanol, water, and antifreeze
