It's made of 1/2 in. thick high-quality, industrial, acoustical-grade foam with a reinforced, reflective aluminum covering. Boom Mat lining insulates the underside of your hood, while deadening sound and protecting your paint. It installs easily—simply peel and stick it for oil, water, and contaminant-resistant insulation.
